Guide rails are cold formed from hot galvanized, hard-rolled constructional steel, S250GD+Z275-M-A-C plate. The material follows DIN EN 10147 (material specification) and DIN EN10143 (tolerances on dimension). Zinc coating surface treatment (140 g/m2 , 9.8μm thickness) is applied on both sides. Welding seam is externally hot galvanized.
NOTE: It is forbidden to use the safety gears with these guide rails on counterweight side.
